TEXTURED WAVES IS A COLLECTIVE created to propogate the culture and sport of womens surfing towards women of color and underrepresented demographics through representation, community and sisterly camaraderie. Valuing integrity, inclusion and advocating diversity in the water, we created a piece SHOWCASING the beauty of women of color in surfing.
The film has been screened at festivals in Malibu, Venice, DTLA, Canada, and most recently at the Honolulu Surf Film Festival.
